Animabilis (R) End User License Agreement

Carefully read this before using your copy of the software.

This document is a legal agreement between you (an individual or business) and Animabilis Software Company (Animabilis). Use of the software indicates your acceptance of these terms.

This software is SHAREWARE. You can use the fully functional trial version for evaluation purposes during a test period of 30 days. To continue to use this software following this test period or earlier, you must register. Otherwise you must remove the software from your computer.

THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The Software is being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use the Software only in accordance with this License Agreement.

You are authorized to use only a single copy of the Software on the number of computers for which you have purchased a registration. Each permitted copy of the Software may be used only in connection with a single computer owned by you.

This license is personal to you (PERSONAL LICENSE). You may not sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software to any other person. You may use the Software only for your own personal use if you are an individual or for your own internal business purposes if you are a business. If you wish to use this software on your client’s computers, you must purchase a SITE LICENSE or COMPANY LICENSE.

2. BACKUP COPY. In addition to any copies authorized under this license agreement, you may make a single copy of the Software only for backup purposes.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. You are entitled to receive Software updates this shall include ONLY patches or bug fixes that Animabilis makes available at www.animabilis.com Updates is not new version of the Software,
updates uses ONLY for solving some problems.

4. TERM. This license is effective from your date of registration and shall remain in force until terminated. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies in any form.

5. NONPERMITTED USES. You may not use, copy, modify, alter or transfer, electronically or otherwise, the Software except as expressly permitted in this License Agreement, or translate, reverse program, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software.

6. WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK OF USE AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.

7. This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any litigation arising from this license will be pursued exclusively in courts located in Moscow.
